Nordic Combined Comes to Utah

PARK CITY, UT (Dec. 5) – Olympian Taylor Fletcher (Steamboat Springs, CO) will lead the U.S. Ski Team this weekend in a three-day FIS Nordic Combined Continental Cup series on the 2002 Olympic venues at the Utah Olympic Park and Soldier Hollow. Around a dozen nations are expected to participate. Fletcher, a Steamboat native who lives and trains in Park City, is coming off a strong World Cup in Lillehammer, Norway where he posted the second fastest cross country time Saturday. The events are open and free to the public.

9:30 a.m. – HS100 ski jump – Utah Olympic Park
2:00 p.m. – 10k cross country – Soldier Hollow

Saturday, Dec. 10
9:30 a.m. – HS100 ski jump – Utah Olympic Park
2:00 p.m. – 10k cross country – Soldier Hollow

Sunday, Dec. 11
9:30 a.m. – HS100 ski jump – Utah Olympic Park
2:00 p.m. – 10k cross country – Soldier Hollow
