COACHING ASSISTANT, SKIING
HoliMont Racing Department is looking for U16 and U18 Coaches to specialize in Alpine competition. Looking for an applicant who would like to begin a long term seasonal position, December – April with competitive wages and a fun, friendly, team oriented environment. Mostly Saturday and Sunday, 2-3 days/week. Applicant must have current knowledge of current knowledge of ski racing, former competitor with strong fundamental skiing base. The Nashoba Valley Alpine Race Team is looking for new coaches. The team has approximately 80 members of all ages and ability U12 through U18. Our unique program couples our core race team with weeknight trainers who race for northern teams in VT, NH and ME.

Mammoth Mountain Ski Team is seeking coaches for season 2013-14. We have the terrain, the infrastructure and length of season that most coaches dream of. Currently we are looking for full and part time coaches in all levels of our program that have the ability to connect with athletes. The support the mountain gives our team’s is unmatched anywhere in the west. The ski area provides ample training lanes, early morning access, excellent grooming and a watering system that provides the surface athletes need to excel. Working with our local schools and Community Foundation allows for both out of town athletes and locals to reach their goals both academically and athletically. Preferable applicants should have experience racing or coaching and some involvement with USSA or PSIA.

The Brighton Ski Team, UTAH is looking for a few great Part Time coaches to add to our development team! We have a few coaches that are moving on to Graduate school, college, etc... and need to meet the needs of our growing team. Here is what we think we need:We are looking for a U16 coach, who is available at least two afternoon/evenings a week for training, as well as Saturdays, Sundays, and race days (travel days too). We are looking for a U14 coach who is available Tuesday afternoon/evenings, possibly Wed or Thurs evenings, as well as Saturdays and Sundays and a few extra race days (some travel).We are looking for a U8 and U10 coach who is available Saturdays to work with entry level athletes. Our team grew from 30 to 50 kids this past year. We believe the majority of the kids are coming back, plus we have many inquiries to join the team for next season! This is fantastic and stressful all at the same time!

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Competition Events Manager for its highly regarded racing program. This individual will oversee daily operation of the Race Department and Race Crew. The manager has the end-to-end responsibility for all on-hill competitions and race events, including but not limited to bidding for FIS and Far West Races, ensuring the flawless execution of all race events including; pre-race registration and organization, execution day of, and post-race related tasks. The manager will hire, train, motivate and discipline staff. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Competition Events Management and a solid ski race background.

If you are an ex-racer, competitor or instructor who is enthusiast, fun and loves working with kids, we want you! Our teams train at Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, WY that averages 500 inches of snow a year and some of the best backcountry terrain in the west. Currently we are looking for part time coaches in our alpine development, freeride and snowboard programs. Teams train on the weekends with some midweek training and competitions.
