PRAGUE, Czech Republic (Jan. 4) - The U.S. Ski Team's Andy Newell (Shaftsbury, VT) qualified sixth Monday afternoon and is in the finals for the Tour de Ski freestyle sprint in Prague. Thousands are expected to line the streets of the Czech capital for the head-to-head action which begins at 12:30 p.m EST. Newell is fresh off an eight place finish in Sunday's classic sprint in Oberhof. He is competing on the first four legs of the Tour de Ski stage race - the first time and American has taken part.
