CCTS Matrix

The Cross Country Training System matrix captures on one page a framework for the development of a cross country skier in the areas of participation, conditioning and training, technique and tactics, equipment selection and preparation, performance psychology and competition. At allows an athlete, coach or parent to grasp the progressive nature of development that will give a cross country skier the greatest chance to reach their full potential and enjoy their participation in the sport.
