BIOGRAPHY
Willie Borm has been knocking on the door of slopestyle skiing for years now, which is saying something since he is only 15 years-old. This young ripper is not only climbing the ranks in the slopestyle world, but he finds time to film as well. Taking 6th at the Dumont Cup in April of 2012 and ranked 22nd in the AFP overall slopestyle rankings, out of 1,000 international competitors. Not to mention being listed as one of the top 20 athletes under 18 years-old by Powder Magazine in 2011. We will surely be seeing more of him in the years to come.

WILLIE SAYS
My 2011/2012 season was good. I learned a lot about strategy and prepping for comps. I’m working on a right side dub now and can’t wait for the 2012/2013 season to start.

FIRST TRACKS
At three years old is when Borm got his start on the bunny hill at Hyland Hills ski area in Bloomington, MN.  It was there at Hyland Hills where he met Martin and Lewis Sunquist who run the USSA Nybora Freestyle Team. Borm says “I learned my first 12 at Nybora and Hyland Hills.  I’m still on the team and ride at Hyland Hills as much as possible.”

OFF THE SNOW
You’ll find Borm on the trampoline and having air soft wars with his friends. He also enjoys video games.
